[registrars] Teleconference Minutes

Today the Task Force created in LA to analyze restructuring the Registrar
Constituency held its first teleconference. Attached please find a summary
of this meeting. The next teleconference is scheduled for next Friday. Any
registrar that was not at the LA meeting and would like to contribute please
send either Elana Broitman (ebroitman@register.com) or myself an e-mail.
