Re: [registrars] Co-Op Teleconference

Mike - thanks for getting the ball rolling. I'll participate on Friday. As
for the following week, can I beg for it to be Thursday, as I'm flying to my
mom's for her birthday on friday. We should have an agenda for the call to
make it efficient. I would think issues like (a) promptly hiring someone to
draft proposal, (b) financial investment necessary to participate, (c)
profit v. non-profit, (d) how to choose the operator/backend, (e) type of
registry, and (f) eligibility for co-op membership and for access as
registrar.

Kind regards, Elana
