No.

First of all, I'd like to understand much more precisely what that
summary is supposed to look like before I may agree to your proposal
-- in particular since there wouldn't, in practice, be much
opportunity to change or even comment on that draft.

(Certainly not for me, personally, since I'll travel Monday,
Tuesday, and Thursday next week, and will leave for Rio on Friday.
Realistically, I'd first read that draft on some train or plane,
*after* it has turned into a final document.)

Besides that, we had agreed upon a general outline for the issues
report on an earlier conference call. I can live with the
last-minute issues paper this task force has submitted to the
council -- as a stop-gap measure, in order to meet the deadline, and
with the understanding that the document planned originally (or
something quite similar) will be submitted afterwards.

In short, your proposal makes the conference call *more* necessary,
not less.
