[nc-whois] announcing prep calls for Task Force

We need to have our prep/review call of any final comments early next week. 

PROPOSED: Tuesday, 12/10, the WHOIS Task Force at 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. EST. 

WE'LL POST A BRIDGE ON FRIDAY.

Can you confirm your availability TO GAIL separately, please.

Purpose: 
Review any other comments posted to final documents. Comments close 12/9.

Prepare resolution and materials for presentation to Names Council.

Steve, could you help us by drafting a resolution for the Names Council... We can talk about 
what seems needed. Let me know on that item.

Kristy, Ram, it would be good if we could just circle the wagons on what and when you believe that we can take any
further steps on your Working Groups.  We will want to also discuss the work items on Steve's and Karen's WG's which are still to be completed...  We aren't presenting anything specifically, but we want to be able to answer questions aobut work plans.

We'd like ot propose a calendar of sorts, for submission to the NC as a part of the documentation....,
