Steve, Please add Thomas to WG-1, of course. 

Also, if that is the case on group 4, Ken/Tim, can one of you do that?

A short remark on the current composition of the sub-WGs:

1. I'd like to join WG-1, if that's possible.
2. Unless I'm mistaken, we have no registrar representative on the 
   bulk-access group. Maybe we should change that?
