This is in reference to a request on today's WHOIS task force call asking
for information on bulk access.

at this point in time, the .INFO registry does not provide bulk access to
the .INFO WHOIS database to any parties.

similarly, the .VC (ccTLD) registry does not provide bulk access to the .VC
WHOIS database to any parties.
