[nc-whois] constituencies' remarks
The current draft still has a bunch of last-minute remarks from some constituencies, made before Ghana, in it. I'd suggest that we drop these comments, and try to address the concerns in the bulk of the text, or add new notes based on the new drafting state. Any objections?
