A tentative calendar of dates/time options follows for 3 meetings during
February.
In each case, both Tony and Marilyn are available -  note one possible
exception for Tony.

PLEASE RESPOND OFF LIST TO MARIE ONLY ON AVAILABILITY SO THAT WE CAN GATHER
FIRST SET OF INFORMATION FROM ALL ON WHEN YOU CAN PARTICIPATE/CAN'T
PARTICIPATE.  Please respond by COB Wednesday to Marie.
One of our members has already noted a problem with Fridays. Please indicate
those problems on the form below.
