[nc-whois] Better format needed

The data posted by the Secretariat is still in a rather unworkable format.  
In order to come to meaningful conclusions, it becomes necessary to transpose 
the data onto a spreadsheet so that it can be sorted as required for 
evaluation and analysis.  

Is it possible for this data to be given to us in an Excel format?  This is 
taking far too many hours of work.

Please advise.
