WIPO PANELIST RULES SUCKS DOMAIN NOT CONFUSING
A WIPO ICANN panelist has declined to transfer asdasucks.net
to the Asda Group, a UK retailer. While the respondent did
not provide a response, the panelist ruled that the domain
is not confusingly similar to the asda trademark. Decision
