[nc-udrp] Another Day, Another Catch-22

I had brought this up before, but I guess nobody is interested. The UDRP
allows a party to select nominees for a three-member panel from among the
roster of any UDRP provider, and the rules require the requesting party to
provide "contact details" for the requested panelists.

However, you will note that neither WIPO nor the NAF maintain or publish in
all instances, the contact details for their panelists. So, do any of the
experts here have any idea how someone is supposed to provide contact details
when requesting an NAF panelist in a WIPO proceeding?

Or, more to the point, does anyone know the contact details for R. Glen Ayers
of the NAF?

Either the information needs to be published, or the rule needs to be written
to require the DRP's to coordinate contact information for panelists.
Otherwise, the rule is simply a joke.

Dear Mr. Berryhill,

Please find attached the Center's Acknowledgement of Receipt of Response in
the above case by e-mail. We await receipt of the same in hardcopy together
with payment in the amount of US$ 1,500.00.

We note the Respondent's election of a three-member Panel. Accordingly we
kindly request that you provide us with the contact details of the NAF
panelist R. Glen Ayers, nominated by the Respondent, at your earliest
convenience as per Rule 5(b)(v). Please note that it is not necessary for
you to provide the details of the WIPO Panelists nominated as we have access
to such details.

We look forward to hearing from you shortly. Thank you.

Sincerely,
Shalini Edirisinghe
