I see the UDRP Questionnaire has been published in web-based form with
SUBMIT button at the bottom. Nice to see a quick turnaround on this!
A few minor quibbles. I havent checked out the page closely but what
struck me first was the choice for the 'ranking' questions went from 1
to 4 instead of 1 to 5 as the original text had.
I also noticed that the text boxes to permit comments were one-line
boxes that scrolled off to the right.
This will be difficult for people to type cohesive thoughts into.  The
ranking problem I could probably live with, but is there any way the
webpage could be modified to have standard  multi-line text-entry boxes?
