RE: [nc-udrp] nc-udrp@dnso.org mailing list is open

John, we simply need to identify people's citizenship but you and others
should not view it to mean that you necessarily represent only NA interests,
and we are not trying to imply it from including the designation.

I, for one, should not be characterized as (NA).

I have represented UDRP respondents from China (see e.g. groceryoutlet.com),
Africa (see e.g. lycralovers.com), Central Europe (see e.g. krugerrand.com),
the U.K. (see e.g. xfm.com), Pacific Islands (see e.g. motorcyclist.com),
and
North America (see e.g. interactivetelevision.com). The only continents
from
which I have not represented UDRP respondents are Australia, South America,
and Antarctica. If these UDRP respondents from around the globe have not
objected to my being located in North America, I do not see why I should be
characterized as representing a North American interest. I fail to
understand why there should be a substantive difference of concerns among
respondents in Australia, South America, or Antarctica, relative to those
respondents which I have represented.

Sincerely,

John B. Berryhill, Ph.D. esq.
