Dear Transfer TF colleagues,

The dial in information for the Transfer Panel is posted below. Please confirm to Marilyn directly that you can participate, since we would like to include as many TF members as possible in the Q and A.
At present, I'll provide about a three slide overview. Ross Rader will present a PP which summarizes the recommendations documents, and Jeff Neuman will join us for and Q. We would like to ensure that you are able to join us.

Re Sunday p.m. planning, I've just been notified that there will be a charge of $550 for a meeting room, which we obviously cannot pay. I am working on a back up plan with Glen.

Can you presently try to hold 1:30-3:00 p.m. Sunday, CHINA time zone, in the event we get this worked out, so that we can consult with you. IF that fails, then we will resort to emailing you after the "small" team on ground meets. Jane Multimear will represent the IPC in China since David isn't there physically. However, we sincerely hope we have David on the phone for Tuesday!
