Dear Chuck
I'd like to invite you to present the Verisign Registry Interim Transfer Policy proposal to the Transfer TF on this Wednesday's call.. In the interest of ensuring that the Transfer Task Force considers all relevant perspectives, this seems to be a useful contribution.
While I recognize that you are proposing a registry specific transfer approach, as an interim, of course, it could be expected to have an impact on all/the vast majority of registrars/transferring registrants. Your participation is welcomed.
