[nc-transfer] Reminder about the TF-TR call tomorrow

Folks, 

Tomorrow's agenda will cover two broad topics described in #1 and #2 below.

1.  Questionnaire/Survey

*Review purpose of using the questionnaire/survey to gather input from registrants and intermediaries
* Discuss merits of using two different versions -- one simple one for individual registrants and a slightly different one for intermediaries
*Discuss gathering input via the registrars themselves from existing complaint/transfer situations
*Determine whether there is additional information available via ICANN regarding transfer problems
*Determine how to finalize questionnaire/survey and discuss distribution mechanisms
* discuss timelines and analysis process 

2. Initial Policy Recommendation posted by Registrar Constituency -- short overview by Ross Rader
This will be a short overview, and VERY PRELIMINARY OPPORTUNITY TO ASK QUESTIONS.  
[At the next meeting, more time will be devoted to this discussion and to #3.]

3. Announcement of call to other TF members to submit policy recommendations and edits/suggestions to the one policy proposal on the table. [Note from chair:  Just a reminder to all of you that you have the opportunity to offer other options in writing to the TF.]

We will be joined by two guests: Dan Halloran and Thomas Roessler. Both are invited for their expertise.
