 I've asked Denise Michel to respond on the resolution to clarify it's authenticity.  Denise, can you post publically, including the GA?

 

I actually appreciate having this out, since it is based on the draft report and offers a good opportunity for the constituencies to begin to formulate their thoughts. 

 

Let's also clarify with Denise that the final report (which will be largely similar to the draft report, I assume) is due by the end of the month.

I regret that I have not yet had time to circulate a discussion document.

 

I find the draft proposed statement for the Board rather premature considering the final report is not out yet. Can you confirm its origin and authenticity?
