5. Consensus - Recommendation paragraph:

- The term consensus should kept and the term "a majority vote" should not
be used because it can only add confusion.

- Consensus development process is not easy task. I agree that to have
consensus in a global environment with the complexities of the Internet
community it could be sometimes unrealistic.

Therefore, we believe that DNSO cannot fully represent all the stakeholders
interests so I support  the idea that open working  groups or other methods
of outreach the community's point of view should be investigated to better
reflect the views of the relevant community which represent a "true"
consensus position.

Roberto)

Please respond to my earlier mail in which I proposed we adopt  our interim
report as our final report (with one minor addition).

A simple "I agree" message would be fine.
