[nc-review] Second draft report of the review TF
Task force members,
thank you for your feedback on the first draft interim report.
I have done my best to incorporate non-conflictual amendments in this new
draft.
Could I ask for your approval on this as representing
the majority view of the task force, so that I can submit it
simultaneously for public comment to the GA, NC and constituencies?
After that comment period, with your help I will write a
final report for submission for NC approval.
To keep on track, please let me have your OK on this draft
interim report by midnight Sunday Oct 7.
