Yes, while many of the inputs/comments have come from the task force, it
will be sent there first. Putting in comments, and trying to ensure all is
included, and dealing with some of the challenges, results in the draft
being ready tomorrow am. It will first be circulated to the Task Force, of
course, as the last one was, since it is issued as a NC-Review Task Force
document.
