Re: [nc-review] REMINDER DNSO Review

Thanks for the reminder Elizabeth... and to Roberto for his summary...it
helps us better understand the issues...

As mentioned on today's telconf ... a number of us a currently asking our
constituencies for input......

Any review must be an inclusive process and should we ignore the voice of
our communities (to meet a short time-line) we do so at our peril....

It is important IMHO that we build the stability of ICANN (organization and
process) by taking our time and making our review as thorough as possible.

May I propose we revise the time line such that we have a draft ready for
consideration by the whole NC by the end of October, with the ratified
recommendations sent to the Board at least two (preferably three) weeks
before the LA meeting. Would this be acceptable to all??

Thanks

Paul
