If we are going to have it on Friday 11, please let's decide it today, I
need to plan my absence from work.
9:00 CET will be bad for me, but not impossible if there's consensus among
the group. 12:00 (noon) CET or later will work much better.

I also need to have an estimate of the duration. Can we make it in one hour?
Last but not least, what happened to the suggestion to start by E-Mail?
Maybe Theresa can get the ball rolling with some ideas - sorry to volounteer
you, but you were the first one to speak ;>) - and hold a teleconference
when we have some "meat" already cooking, let's say towards the end of next
week.
