What's "broke" is the competitive situation
in the industry. Verisign registry controls 
70% of the global market. A more diversified
and competitive market structure should help
everyone.

You may be confused. Your registrar (Verisign) will
remain the same. You won't have to re-register.
The registry will change. If this happens the way it
is supposed to, you won't even notice.

Although you are welcome to participate on our
open list, as far as I know you are not a member, and
may not be eligible unless you ARE a noncommercial
org, not just a business focused on that market.
