The White Paper addresses the subject of protecting IP in only a fairly modest way.  See my note to Theresa for an explanation of the kind of discussion that I think could be constructive.  In the end, I thinnk the question is "if we don't, then who should deal with this?"

just for clarification as the Intake Committee prepare the LA agenda.

 

Is the idea you proposed for the NC to discuss "TLDs and IP" now encapsulated in the NSI white paper: "gTLD Registry Best Practice" which contains a reference to the UDRP and start-up ?

 

If not and you are proposing something in addition to this please specify.
