RE: [nc-deletes] Follow-up on implementation committee

Title: Message
Hi Marilyn (and Grant and Philip):

The Deletes TF needs to have 1 (or possibly 2) more meetings in order to consider and react to the Deletes Implementation group's recommendations.  Bret has been the Business Constituency rep on our task force until now, but has indicated that he's no longer a member of the BC.  As the task force chair, I certainly have no problem with Brent continuing to serve on the task force, but if the BC would like to appoint another rep for the next few days of work (including a call tomorrow morning), you should certainly feel free to do that as well.

Thanks for the opportunity to provide input regarding composition of the Committee.  I am sure that the BC would support Bret staying on the committee -- but since he isn't a member of the BC, we leave that decision to the chair.  As far as our finding a new representative, are you seeking a representative from the BC? I've passed along to my fellow elected reps. I am unfortunately completely unavailable to be of assistance, largely due to being out of pocket at the ITU Study Group 3 meeting for a week, and other priorities leading up to that.

best regards, Marylyn

I can make the call.  I would also recommend that Bret stay on the committee due to his involvement and contribution thus far.  The BC can add a new rep if required.

Jordyn,

I'm no longer a member of the Business Users' Constituency. I'm happy to continuing serving on the committee to see our work through to the end, but in fairness to the BC, they may wish to consider appointing a new member. (Thursday wouldn't work for me anyway.) I've copied Marilyn on this who can instruct you on the BC's new appointment.
