Re: [nc-budget] FOUR INVOICES FOR APPROVAL FROM FISAT AND AFNIC

Chuck,

I have already bought my return air ticket to Bucharest. An advance booking
is not enough, one has to buy the ticket to have the cheapest price. This
is common practice here with travel agents when looking for the cheapest air
fares.
I hope that this clarifies the invoice.
