[nc-budget] $2100 WORTH OF INVOICES
Attached are four invoices for Names Council
teleconferences that Maca Jamin has presented. They amount to around
U.S.$2,100. While some details remain to be clarified (e.g. exactly
who is the payee), they all seem to me to be reasonable and are within both the
budget and the Budget Committee's spending authority.
Rather
than hold a meeting of the Budget Committee to approve these expenditures, I ask
that you each respond with your approval so we can get the payment to Maca
soon.
If
there are any objections from any Committee member, then I would suggest that we
hold on this expense authorization until the next regular meeting of the Budget
Committee when we can discuss the matter.
