[nc-budget] Details of expenses

Dear fellows:

The NCDNHC is begining a process to collect money for our debts of periods 
2000-2001 and 2001-2002.

However, this is not an easy task.   There has been many things that in the 
past no one had the kindness to explain to NCDNHC constituency members 
about expenses made and in what basis are made, why they were aprooved etc, 
etc, etc.   So, maybe part of the problem (this is a personal 
consideration) is that because no one has any idea of where is going the 
money payed and what direct and indirect services the constituencies are 
receiving for such money.

An idea I have is to explain them about this issue in order to raise a 
concern of the importance to pay.  I don't want that the only reason to pay 
is for voting rights, because I think this is not the right reason neither 
should be the main reason to think to pay, even if such reason is a 
reasonable reason.

Please, I request a list of all expenses done during the period 2000-2001 
and during the period 2001-2002 (of course, this period is not finished 
yet, but also I understand that, so far no expenses are made yet, but if 
any expenses done, I need to know them also).

Thanks a lot for all the information you can provide me.  Please, help me 
in this strategy to collect all the money we can to pay our debts.
