Roger and all on the Budget committee
thanks for reminding us of Ken's March budget. As I mentioned
before I have been working on a more detailed and flexible first estimate based
on input such as Ken's and other costs over the intervening months.
For discussion this is attached. The structure (black text) is
perhaps the most important. It is based on the tasks identified by Chuck et al
in the job description. If we can agree to this then the actual
figures (in blue) - ie salary etc and hours allocated can be changed
as we think best. It is designed so that changing the bases cost automatically
updates the costs per objective.
Hope this provides a useful start to this next step.
