Dr. Telage is a man of intellect, vision, humor and integrity.


I support his nomination for the ICANN board, although I retain my
conviction that Names Council members should be excluded from board
nomination.  To date, five Names Council members have received such
nominations and it is not clear how the substitution of an Administrative
Committee member for temporary voting purposes on the Names Council will
prevent insider trading or conflict of interest concerns.
