[icann-nominations] Nomination of Dr Nii Quaynor

I am pleased to nominate Dr Nii Quaynor (email: quaynor@ghana.com) for the
election of Members of the ICANN Board (elected by the DNSO).

Dr Quaynor as a deep understanding of comteporary issues as it relate to
the Internet worldwide and particularly Africa. As a member of Afrinic
Interim board and the Administrive contact person for the Ghana Top level
domain, I believe he is quite competent and qualify for election into the
board.
