Joanna has demonstrated an understanding of process and has worked 
tirelessly toward bringing a consensus procedure to the GA.  She is 
organized, articulate and well spoken.  Her reporting is clear and 
understandable.  She has shown that she is capable of presenting an 
unbiased view based on fact and well researched documentation.

I have no doubt that she is would be an asset to the GA on the Board of 
Directors and would easily represent the will of the GA while still working in 
the best interests of the corporation which is mandated by law.  ICANN is 
supposed to work for the good of the internet community and stability of the 
DNS.  It is supposed to be a bottom-up, consensus based, open and 
transparent organization.  Joanna promotes all these aspects and is 
committed to fulfilling these requirements, including and indiviudal DN holders 
constituency.  At the same time, she appears to be committed to working 
toward producing acceptable procedures to bring the GA to a point where it 
will be functional and productive.

I would urge members to support and vote for her to represent the GA as a 
Director.
