Mr. Love represents a very large constituency of non-business Internet
users and has a long and honorable history of clear and reasoned
presentation of those interests.  The public's First Amendment rights
perspective is noticably underrepresented in ICANN at present, and ICANN
is, as a result, properly distrusted as a commerce-neutral agency.
