Jonathan has been a part of the ICANN process from very early on and was 
instrumental in the formation of the IP constituency.  He has served on the 
board of ICANN for the last year and carried many diverse interests on 
behalf of his constituents to the board.

Jonathan is also a board member of the Canadian Internet Registration 
Authority (CIRA), the body that governs the .ca domain.
