	Peter de Blanc is one of the Internet engineers who has substantially
	contributed to the formation of ICANN.  His past contributions to the
	society includes FreeNet and his generous and stimulating support for
	the Internet development if disadvantaged countries.  
	  
	With his presence on the Name Council,  he could very well represent
	the ccTLD community especially those small and in early stages of 
	development.
