            I have observed Mr. Cohen's actions as
an ICANN Board member and find that he has
consistently placed the 		interests of the
corporation paramount in his comments and actions.
He is very deserving of a full three-year 	term
and ICANN would benefit greatly from his continued
service as a Board member.
