Re: [ga] We "decided" to defer the election of our ICANN board seats
i have serious concern on the NC's decision on ICANN Board Directors'
election. DNSO's charter states that GA nominates and NC elects. what NC
decided is GA to do nothing on the nomination this time, and NC to do all.
i understand that we don't have much time for the election, but GA has to
NOMINATE, or we should change DNSO's charter.
we need to define/confirm the role of GA with respect to NC and Constituencies.
