  I don't believe that Dennis missed that point at all.  YOU seems to
miss the point that first, the :NC" doesn't exist yet, second that the
pNC does not have the right to elect anyone to anything or appoint
anyone to anything either, generalisimo...

  What consensus is that Generalisimo?  How was that consensus
determined?  By vote?  Whom voted?  Where are the election results?

  And that the "NC" doesn't exist as of yet as it has not been elected shows
