Joop,

With all due respect, you and others from NZ, have been making noises for a long time.
As you have seen, some Americans have used your noises to impede the marketplace in America.
You, therefore become a tool of the censors and those who seek to control and constrain.
[It would be interesting to know if you are paid to do that, even without your knowledge.]
Their agenda is to claim that Americans can not progress until the rest of the world is even.
That can not happen. You can not change the laws of physics. The new services will exclude
the rest of the world. North America is like one planet and the rest of planet Earth is another.
Sending an alien from down-under to further help to censor and contrain Americans will have
zero impact. If anything, it will make Americans work harder to resist the censorship.
