How can FOUR companies be operating the .INC TLD ?

One of the advantages of the 32-bit DNS Proof-of-Concept TLD market trials is that several companies can work together to help
launch a new TLD. The [SLD].TLD owners (in this case [SLD].INC) can then register in all of the TLD clusters to make sure that their
[SLD].INC nameservers are reached by the widest audience. As the 128-bit DNS services are developed for the .INC TLD (and to support
the [SLD].INC owners), all four companies can work together to help ensure that the .INC TLD is reliable and well-supported with the
substantial infrastructure desired by owners of domain names they value.

Registrars can of course make all of this transparent, by making sure that a [SLD].INC name is properly registered and all of the
nameservers are in synch. Amateur Registrars and Resellers may not be capable of doing that.
