Thanks for the clarification.  Maybe next time the Board will think of 
designating a more appropriate name for such "interfaces" ... perhaps the 
"Assistance For Users Committee" -- that way we could all readily relate to 
the acronym AFUC which more appropriately describes ICANN Board actions 
relative to the At-Large.
