The Advisory Council will be announced on March 1
(http://www.pir.org/about/council.html). Then we know how many IntProp
people are in there. And if those in there don't shoot the idea, we are at
the mercy of the IntProp people out there. They are very succesfull in the
ICANN context so far in making their lifes easier. So my guess: It is a
long way.
