Rick and all assembly members or other interested parties,

  Rick you are likely right here in your contention as to danny's
insistence on adhering to the Bylaws.  If you are correct,
such a predetermined act of purposefully ignoring the bylaws
and restricting unnecessarily participation in this manner
is paramount to ICANN and the NC acting in other than the
ICANN bylaws require as well as showing that transparency,
accountability and openness is further eroding.
