Using no whois servers, and only DNS dig tools, one can use the above 32-bit IPv4 addresses
to discover that there appear to be two 32-bit DNS .BIZ Clusters in operation. Once the .BIZ
TLD Clusters are located, then they can be used to locate other TLDs in the .BIZ neighborhood.
A consensus can be quickly reached, by checking the actual DNS servers and not some central
committee that has no interest in expanding the TLD name space.
Once the .BIZ clusters are located, one can send [SLD].BIZ queries to either cluster and see
if the answers are coherent. If not, then that individual [SLD].BIZ name can be considered
broken, in dispute, not fully operational, etc. and it can be rejected for consideration in the
128-bit .BIZ DNS Registry. This allows for the Proof-of-Concept testing to be done on the
legacy 32-bit Internet and for [SLD].BIZ names to evolve, on a name-by-name basis to the
128-bit DNS services.
