[ga] Coordination - all wrong

ICANN could serve a good function in co-ordinating differing groups
within the Internet community.

They chose not to.

The alphabet soup of acronyms is too voluminous to mention.  And then we
throw in private endeavours, country endeavours and EU endeavours and
then gov endeavours and military and it is really out of sight.

What we need is a place to co-ordinate efforts and bring in synthesis as
opposed to displaced anti synthesis.

Perhaps we could begin that here and carry it on later as we lose our
rights here and gain them elsewhere.
