Wouldn't you agree it is more likely Kent Crispin sent it while pretending 
to be Mr. Mueller?

Seriously, why is a virus as lame as this being forwarded to all recipients 
on the mail list?  Is there nothing the Domain Name Service Organization 
can do to keep itself from propagating programs like this?
