[ga] Transfers TF Timeline

Marilyn,

As you are aware, the Evolution and Reform Committee stated in their Working 
Paper on the Policy-Development Process that policy development "should have 
a set time period, probably no longer than 30-45 days".  I note that you are 
now on the ERC Task Force assigned to deal with the naming policy development 
process, and that the relative speed of policy development is probably a 
concern that you share.

In your capacity as Chair of the Transfers Task Force, can you offer us some 
assurance that you will comply with the guidance as offered by the ERC and 
attempt to conclude the work of the TF within the next 45 days?  If not, 
would you be willing to post what you deem to be an appropriate timeline?  I 
would very much like to see the issue of transfers finally resolved, wouldn't 
you?
