Yes.  But considering that, for brevity, I didn't post the pending claims,
the filing dates, and the priority dates, I'm not sure I see your point.  I
simply think people should be aware that these things are in the pipeline.

Whether you are fighting an invalid patent or a valid one, the money you
spend is going to be the same color.
