[ga] NYC PC repair question

I have a colleague who works in NYC, and desperately needs to find a repair
shop that can be trusted to mount a PC Windows hard drive and back up the
data.  The boot sector or registry is apparently damaged, so it probably has
to be mounted as an additional drive.     Suggestions are appreciated.
