Verisign's website boasts "Trust Makes Business Possible" in one of
the animated graphic frames.

How amusing the number of court cases pending against them alleging
false or misleading actions on their part, by 2 competitors, a
consumer protection group, several groups of shareholders, and a class
action lawsuit by consumers injured by deceptive Verisign advertising
campaigns.

And now this company wants ICANN to entrust them with a new monopoly
income source, the WLS.
